Digital products
Sunday Moments currently sells digital products, including downloadable guides, workbooks, checklists and other printable resources.
Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped, and no shipping fees apply unless a product page specifically states otherwise.
How your order is delivered
After your payment has been successfully processed, you will normally receive:
- an order confirmation email; and
- a download link or instructions for accessing your purchased product.
Digital products are generally made available shortly after purchase. Occasionally, delivery may be delayed because of payment processing, email filtering or technical issues.
Email address
Products are delivered using the email address entered during checkout. Please make sure your email address is accurate before completing your purchase.
If you do not receive your order:
- Check your spam, junk and promotions folders.
- Search your inbox for “Sunday Moments”.
- Confirm that your payment was completed.
- Contact us for assistance.
Please include your name, order number and the email address used at checkout.
Downloading your files
You are responsible for downloading and securely saving your purchased files.
Where reasonably possible, we may resend a download link if you lose access to it. However, we cannot guarantee permanent or indefinite access to files hosted through third-party platforms.
Technical requirements
Most Sunday Moments products are supplied as PDF files.
You are responsible for having:
- a compatible device;
- a reliable internet connection;
- suitable PDF-reading software; and
- appropriate software or equipment if you choose to print the product.
Any additional technical requirements will be stated on the relevant product page.
Problems with delivery
Please contact us if:
- your download link does not arrive;
- the link does not work;
- the file is damaged or corrupted;
- you receive the wrong product; or
- you are unable to access a product you paid for.
We will investigate and provide an appropriate solution, which may include resending the file, restoring access, replacing the product or providing another remedy where required.
Australian Consumer Law rights still apply if a purchased product is not supplied or does not meet applicable consumer guarantees.
Future physical products
If Sunday Moments introduces physical products, the applicable delivery costs, locations and estimated timeframes will be displayed on the product page or during checkout.
