Refund policy

Sunday Moments sells digital products that are delivered electronically. As digital products cannot be physically returned, different conditions apply from those applying to physical goods.

Change-of-mind refunds

Because digital products are made available shortly after purchase, we do not ordinarily provide refunds for:

  • changing your mind;
  • accidentally purchasing the wrong product;
  • deciding that the product is no longer needed;
  • failing to download, access or use the product; or
  • personal dissatisfaction where the product was accurately described and supplied as advertised.

This policy does not exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other consumer-protection laws that apply to your purchase.

Problems with your order

Please contact us if:

  • you do not receive your download link;
  • the download link does not work;
  • the file is damaged, corrupted or inaccessible;
  • you receive the wrong product;
  • you are charged more than once; or
  • the product is materially different from its description.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

  • resending the download link;
  • restoring access;
  • correcting or replacing the file;
  • supplying the correct product; or
  • providing a partial or full refund where appropriate or legally required.

We may first attempt to correct a technical issue before providing a refund.

Duplicate purchases

Please contact us if you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once.

Where we can confirm a genuine duplicate transaction, we will review the purchase and may refund the duplicate payment.

Refund requests

To help us review your request, please provide:

  • your full name;
  • your order number;
  • the email address used at checkout; and
  • a brief explanation of the issue.

Refund requests will be considered fairly and in accordance with this policy and any applicable consumer laws.

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
