The Sunday Moments Kit is a guided digital workbook designed to help you pause, reflect and reset through small, intentional rituals.
It follows the Sunday Moments Rhythm: Release, Restore, Refocus and Reclaim.
Is it a planner?
It includes simple planning elements, but it is more than a traditional planner. It combines reflection prompts, calming practices and gentle planning tools to help you reconnect with what matters.
Who is the kit for?
It is designed for women with full lives who want more calm, clarity and intention without adding another demanding routine to their week.
You do not need journalling experience or a perfect Sunday routine to begin.
How long does it take to complete?
There is no required timeframe. You might spend ten minutes on one page or move through the full rhythm over a quiet morning. The kit is designed to work around your available time and energy.
Can I use the kit more than once?
Yes. You can return to it weekly, seasonally or whenever life feels especially full. Different prompts may feel relevant at different times.

Is this a physical product?
